Similar to any diet regimes, a single aerobic exercise can burn a minimum of 500 calories; and if you do the math, that’s losing a pound of fat every week! Start training yourself to undergo swimming, cycling, running and jogging – all which are beneficial aerobic activities.
Eat More Protein
Men’s Fitness said that the percentage of calories burned in digestion ranges from 25% to 30% thanks to protein – a valuable set of figures compared to eating carbs, which will only give you 7% to 9%. If you do the math (again), you are saving about 41 calories each time you replace 50 grams of carbs for an equal amount of protein. You can start by consuming protein-rich foods like tuna.
